Support Groups
Grief Support Group (Adults): This is an adult support group for anyone that has lost a loved one in their lives.
Survivors of Suicide Group (Adults): This is an adult support group for anyone that has had a loved one die by suicide.
Devastating Diagnosis Support Group (Adults): This is an adult support group for anyone facing a devastating or dibilitating medical diagnosis.
Devastating Diagnosis Care-Givers Support Group (Adults): This is an adult support group for anyone taking care of someone facing a major medical diagnosis.
All of these groups are open groups, meaning there is no commitment needed for the group. You can come when you need or want to. Each group meets once a month. Every other month I give a psychoeducational piece for the group. These groups offer skills and techniques to help you during this trying time.
